Ignition’s endcustomer.co.uk business insight tool has been permanently decommissioned and taken fully out of service as of May 20, 2026.

This decommission work began on March 30th and completed on May 20th 2026, during which phased coding changes were made that affected regular access, reporting processes and delivery.

By June 30, 2026, all user access email registration details, along with previous datasets, reports, and history, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. This measure is in compliance with GDPR requirements, including:

• Storage Limitation: Personal data will not be retained longer than necessary for its original purpose.
• Right to Erasure: All past datasets will be deleted to uphold the right to be forgotten.
• Data Minimization: Personal data such as email addresses will not be retained beyond what is necessary.
