Alison Fletcher

Alison has been part of the team at Ignition for three and a half years as our Financial Controller. Her main roles include maintaining budgets, financial reporting and monitoring the cash flow in line with governance procedures. Alison is an extremely focused member of the team, when given a task she straight away gets her head down and gets on with it. She says that she views a target as the bare minimum and always sets out to exceed it.

Swimming is a big part of Alison’s free time outside of work. Alison is a British Swimming starter, meaning that she is now licensed to officiate at all swimming competitions across the country. She is also an Honorary Age Group and Championship Organiser for the Manchester and District Swimming and Water Polo association. Her likes include sunny days and hot weather. She dislikes (as you probably guessed) rainy days and cold weather.
